Confirmed current pricing. The price list on our ELTA Condo Price page is the maintained one, and we will confirm what applies to a specific unit, including any floor premium and any discount currently active.
Unit selection and floor plan guidance. ELTA has thirteen unit types sold in eleven price bands, from 506 sqft to 1,776 sqft, and the specification tiers between the 3 Bedroom and the 3 Bedroom Premium rather than by bedroom count. We will work through which stack and which level suits you against the floor plans and the stacking chart.
Financing, CPF and stamp duty. Loan-to-value limits, the Total Debt Servicing Ratio, and how Buyer’s Stamp Duty and Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty apply to your own profile. Our ELTA Mortgage Calculator works the downpayment and the instalment, and the progressive payment schedule is set out there in full.
