ELTA Condo Showflat Location and Viewing Hours

Our showflat is the ELTA Sales Gallery on Prince Charles Crescent. It has no street number of its own, so navigate to the gallery by name rather than to a house number.

Please note the showflat is not at the project site. It is on Prince Charles Crescent, distinct from where ELTA is being built on Clementi Avenue 1. Set your navigation to the showflat address rather than the development address.

Show Units on Display

Three of ELTA’s thirteen unit types are built at the gallery, and each is the only layout in its band.

2 Bedroom + Study (Type B5s, 807 sqft): two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an enclosable study, with no separate WC; induction hob, Küche cabinetry, Smeg oven and cooker hood, Inalco sintered stone kitchen counter.
4 Bedroom Dual Key (Type D3k, 1,313 sqft): two self-contained homes behind one entrance, a three-bedroom unit and a studio with a kitchen each, three full bathrooms and a separate WC; the only type at ELTA with a built-in microwave and the only one with both an induction and a gas hob.
5 Bedroom (Type E1, 1,776 sqft): the largest layout in the development, four full bathrooms plus a powder room and a separate WC, with a wet and dry kitchen split; the only type fitted with a wine chiller, plus the Wells water purifier and the Steigen automated drying rack in the yard.

What to Expect at the ELTA Condo Showflat

Our sales representatives will walk you through the ELTA Project Info, including the smart home provisions, the sustainability specification and the facility list, and the Location Highlights of ELTA Condo, including what the Cross Island Line does to Clementi station in 2032. They will compare the unit layouts side by side with you, and work the figures through our ELTA Mortgage Calculator so you leave with a downpayment and an instalment rather than a price.

The gallery is worth the trip for the things a render flattens: the actual room dimensions, the ceiling height, and the fittings in the hand rather than in a specification table. The specification at ELTA tiers between the 3 Bedroom and the 3 Bedroom Premium rather than by bedroom count, and the three show units let you see both sides of that split in one visit.

Because the gallery is not on the project site, a visit settles scale, materials and finish and cannot settle light, level or outlook. Those are questions for the stacking chart and the site plan, which we will go through with you. If you already have a stack or a unit number in mind, bring it and we will start there.
